Numbing Cream Distribution for Aesthetic Partners

Compounded Triple-Anesthetic BLT

Bring compounded BLT — Benzocaine 20%, Lidocaine 10%, Tetracaine 10% — to the practices you already serve. Distributors, device manufacturers, group practices and training academies partner with Always Numb™ without carrying inventory, handling a prescription preparation, or taking on compounding liability.

Why This Program
Works Differently

Most numbing cream in distribution is an over-the-counter product, or comes from a 503B outsourcing facility that batch-produces for stock. Those can be bought, warehoused and resold like any other case of goods. Always Numb™ is compounded fresh per order by a 503A partner pharmacy, for a specific licensed provider — which is exactly why it can be a 20/10/10 triple-anesthetic rather than a 4% retail cream, and exactly why it is not sold as stock for resale.

So partners are paid on the accounts they bring, not on inventory they move. You introduce and support the practice. The pharmacy confirms the provider's credentials, compounds against their order, and ships direct to them. Nothing regulated ever sits on your shelf.

503A · Compounded Per Order
Custom strengths like BLT 20/10/10, compounded fresh for a credentialed provider under USP-795 standards. Not batch-produced, not stock-shelved.
503B · The Other Lane
Outsourcing facilities batch-produce from a fixed list and sell to distributors who take title. A different structure, for a different kind of product.
What That Means For You
If you need stock you can warehouse and resell, we will say so plainly rather than sell you into a compliance problem. If you want the stronger compound in your accounts, this is the structure that allows it.
Who We Partner With

Partners Who Already
Own the Relationship

If licensed practices already buy from you, train with you, or take your call, a compounded numbing cream is a natural addition — and one a competitor cannot pull off a wholesale catalog.

Aesthetic & Medical Distributors
Supply companies selling injectables, skincare and consumables into med spas and dermatology, adding a topical anesthetic line without a prescription SKU in the warehouse.
Device & Laser Manufacturers
Laser, RF microneedling and energy-device companies whose reps are asked about pre-treatment numbing on every install and training day.
Groups & Multi-Location Practices
Med spa groups and practice management organizations standardizing one compound across every location under a single managed account.
Training Academies
Injector schools, microblading and PMU academies and CE providers whose graduates need a compliant numbing source from their first week in practice.
Practice Consultants
Med spa consultants and launch advisors specifying the supply stack for new aesthetic practices and multi-site rollouts.
Buying Groups
Purchasing groups adding a credentialed compounding pharmacy to the member catalog, with tiers that improve as member volume grows.
Program Terms

What Partners Get

Terms are quoted per partner — vertical, territory and expected account count all move them — but every partner gets the same structure underneath.

Tiered Pricing by Referred Volume
Your accounts are priced as one book of business. As referred volume grows the tier improves for every practice under your partner code — and they keep it whether or not you are on the call.
A Named Pharmacy Contact
One person who takes your accounts' calls, answers the formulation and protocol questions your reps cannot, and handles credentialing without a support queue.
No Inventory, No Liability
You never buy, hold, ship or store a compounded preparation. Your exposure is a referral relationship, not a regulated product on your shelf.
Clinical Training For Your Reps
How BLT 20/10/10 differs from OTC lidocaine and EMLA, dwell time and occlusion, and the safety conversation — so your team sells it correctly. See the comparison.
Co-Branded Collateral
Leave-behinds, protocol one-sheets and digital assets carrying both marks, so it reads as part of your line rather than a stapled-on flyer.
Compounding Documentation
503A licensure and USP-795 compounding documentation for your accounts' procurement files, so their compliance question has a written answer.
Getting Started

Five Steps,
No Warehouse

01
Apply
Tell us who you sell to, which specialties and roughly how many practices. You get a real answer within one business day.
02
Set Terms
Tier structure, your partner code, territory or vertical, and marketing support — agreed in writing before anyone pitches anything.
03
Train Your Team
A working session on the formulation, the protocol and the objections, so your reps can answer the three questions every practice asks.
04
Introduce Accounts
You bring the practice. A pharmacist confirms the provider's credentials and the account is opened under your partner code.
05
We Compound & Ship
Each order is compounded fresh against the provider's order and ships direct to that practice. Reorders run without you chasing a PO.
Questions

Partner FAQ

Not as a compounded preparation. A 503A pharmacy compounds against a valid provider order rather than producing stock for resale, so partners are compensated on referred accounts instead of taking title. If you need product you can warehouse and resell, that is a 503B outsourcing facility arrangement — tell us and we will say plainly whether we can help.
You introduce and support the account. The pharmacy confirms the provider's credentials, compounds against their order and ships direct to the practice. You never buy, hold, ship or store the preparation, and you are not the one answering formulation questions — that is what the named pharmacy contact is for.
Pharmacy licensure is state by state, and Section 503A places limits on interstate distribution. Give us the states your book covers and we will confirm exactly which accounts we can serve before you approach a single one of them.
Both depend on your vertical, territory and expected account count, so they are quoted per partner rather than published as one number that would be wrong for most people reading this page. Apply and we will put real figures in front of you.
Send them to the wholesale program. That is the direct path for a single practice or a group buying for itself. This page is for organizations bringing other practices to us.
Strength and origin. OTC lidocaine caps out far below a 20/10/10 triple-anesthetic, and it is batch-manufactured for shelf life rather than compounded fresh for a provider. The comparison is here, and it is the first thing your reps will be asked.
